Still dark out there, but the sky is a two-tone black/blue and wet stuff with loud noises is forecast.

Up stupidly early, couldn't sleep, and there is already at least one person outside the clinic I'll go over in about half an hour, with a book sweets, water and a couple of Glad bags, just in case it's a loooong wait

So apart from that, not sure what we'll be doing

Up early to take Don to hospital for an eye check up.
He went to the mobile diabetic clinic a few months ago
and they found something that needs looking at.
Fingers crossed it is nothing much.
I have still got a bad stomach so am armed with Imodium
tablets.

It is dry here this morning, so I am hoping to get a walk to and from town to make up for not managing it yesterday because of the rain Mick had good news at the specialist dentist's in Bristol yesterday, it looks as though the gum treatments over the last year or so have worked and he will definitely keep his teeth, and the gums are almost strong enough for the much needed crowns and bridges he needs
