hi everyone,

day in my pj's today, thankfully I can drop Amy off and she walks the short distance up to the playground.....my ears popped earlier so are slightly less congested but head is still full and sore :(

Shell, I hope all goes well today..xx

I am also waiting on someone coming to look at my heating, every year is the same, the cold weather comes in and my upstairs radiators don't work........was told company would come today so scared to try and get into a deep sleep!

Oh and the Tooth Fairy didn't fall asleep last night, Amy got a nice shiny £2 coin for her tooth which is now living in my purse lol! :P

Am hoping these anti biotics kick in soon.

Good afternoon all, the sun's just come out here after a grey and rainy morning (although it didn't start off that way).

I've done some shopping this morning and the washing I did on Monday finally dried late yesterday evening so that's to be ironed. I've got a load in now seeing as it's supposed to be dry for most of the rest of the day, it doesn't look good for the next four or five days though :?

John's out for a bike ride tonight, Tom's going to be at M's and Joe will be at youth club so that means I have the TV to myself for the Bake Off final :D :D :D

Debbie, that sounds like fun!

Hope Baby Osc isn't going to keep us all waiting much longer!

Thinking of Shell, Tim and Luke today xx

Have a good day all!

Afternoon all, it's a wet dreary day here. I didn't tell you that mould started coming up on the skirting boards last week, Miss Osc and I washed it off then with a bleach solution. Yesterday we saw a few more bits, although nothing like as much, so Mr. Osc and I washed all the skirting boards this morning, then he hoovered our two rooms. After that we went to Lidl, and now Mr. Osc is waiting to go to the driving range with SIL and Michael. SIL's little niece is here for the afternoon, so Miss Osc will take care of her and at some stage I want to go to the library, which involves a proper walk now instead of a stroll up the street. You will have gathered that Baby Osc is still biding his/her time - Miss Osc has a hospital appointment on Friday when she will be offered a sweep (I had to read up on that  ) We are supposed to be going dancing tonight, if nothing happens.....that's what we all add on to everything at the moment   Get well soon vibes to the poorlies, and hope everyone has a nice day :)

Have you considered getting in a de-humidifier Osc? They can be rented over here, so probably in Ireland too, and they have been used a lot in Egham and Staines (where my boys and my ex live) to get rid of damp etc.......

((((Poll))) Get well soon xxxx

Jo and Di, we're looking forward to the GBBO final here too 8-)

I went out but didn't walk in the end as it has poured on and off in short, sharp, showers, so I got the bus! I needed some more storage vac bags and at a fiver for a pack of two they are cheaper in Wilko's, and I got some other cleaning bits and pieces, and then some marked down casserole lamb (yum!) for tonight, and some roses also half price :D The flowery ones, not the choccy ones! :P

That's a good idea that Kaz has had Osc, it's definitely something worth looking into xx

Get well soon Poll xx

Well the washing didn't get out on the line this afternoon! It's absolutely poured down since 2 and continues to do so! So much for the BBC's forecast of a dry afternoon and evening after a showery start :x

And we were promised heavy showers with occasional sunny spells - so no washing done - no rain since about 10, bright sunshine and strong wind

Kaz I never see reduced lamb, what a treat :)

So annoying isn't it Di? I know I didn't do any washing on Saturday because we were forecast rain all day and it cleared up late morning while we were over Birmingham.
