.....I'll make a bit more room in the fridge (Miss Osc has a second smaller fridge which we are using as ours) by taking the eggs out of the box and putting them in this egg thing here on the top shelf in the door......better turn the egg thing right way up. Closed the door....wouldn't close.......pushed a bit harder........distinct crunching sound. Oh ..... so that egg thing doesn't belong on the top shelf? Both Miss Osc and Mr. Osc thought it was hilarious when I showed them the smashed up eggs!!

Btw, if you get egg on the floor /surface, sprinkle lots of salt on, it coagulates the white so you can wipe it up - bit late now...
