That's rotten Jo, which allergies? ((((x))))

Thanks, and sorry Kaz, I only just saw this...itchy eyes and sneezing. I've no idea what was causing it as I don't usually suffer this late in the year but then this year I've been walking through the woods whereas up until now I've always stuck to the common so maybe I was picking up something from walking through there that I don't usually encounter. This week has been better though as my meds have now kicked back in ;)

I've been craving shepherd's pie for weeks now but I don't want to cave in and cook cold weather comfort food just yet, especially when it's so warm out.

Jo, Grumpy has been suffering for the last week or so too  which means we all do

Hay feverish? Some spores do come out later in the year, but not nice, I know. Bad enough early on in the year.

Hope it clears up soon xx

Glad the meds are working then Jo - allergy is horrid :( Poor old Grumpy too xxx

I've enjoyed all of the baked summer veg, salads etc this summer but shepherds pie on a chilly evening is just the job ;)

I'm standing on the platform at New St.

With a lot of passengers.

And a train.

A train which should've left 10 minutes ago if the driver hadn't gone AWOL :x

London Midland never change.

I keep getting a very husky rendition of

"Do you think I'm sexy?"

As "some-one" has a very sore throat and will insist on croaking that song - or the first bit, anyway

Finally we've been allowed on, a driver has been found. I was getting worried that I'd have to get the next train in an hour, meaning that by the time I'd walked home it'd be 10.30 as we're a couple of miles from the station now. I don't like walking back that late. It'll still be later than I'd like though. I was starting to think about finding a late opening coffee shop and waiting for John and Joe to get out of the NIA at 11, I came in with them.

But hey, I made it to MAC in Selfridges before they closed and got a new cheer me up lippy
