For the second time this week, 2 cars have stopped outside (not the same ones or the same people, cos I sneaked a peep ) and have taken photos of our vende se sign and also next doors

Great thinking Batman, except we hadn't thought that the portable in the bedroom is so small that even with our specs on we can't read the subtitles

I was justing popping down to the bins when I saw our estate agent, taking photos of a house up the road, so collared him.

I have now given him the e-mail address of our French buyer, so he can contact him about this other house and I've sent our French buyer an e-mail myself, just to let him know another house is coming onto the market soon

I'm nothing if not pro-active

I'll be walking reound the beaches with a sandwich board next
