He's a dangerous man, Kate, and one who hides his true light under the biggest of bushels.

If we think that governments past were London centric, they will look like profligate regionalists in comparison the a BoJo lead one. He is "London and Home Counties Man" through and through. They are the only areas he is interested in. He would decimate the rest of the country given half a chance.

I'm sure they said that about an Austrian House Painter in the 1930's. Certainly there is no similarity between the people in question. But the sentiment, without clear evidence of who and what the person really is, doesn't work very well...

Johnson plays the role of a buffoon, which is why people tend to like him.
Like WM, I think he's a very dangerous buffoon.
Underneath it all, he's just another Old Etonian with an eye purely for his own interests, and those of his ilk.

He most certainly would not make me consider voting Tory.

Let us Forget The Old Etonian rant! in my opinion it is stupid to think everyone who goes or went to Eton is a chancer.
Eton accepts youngsters from working class backgrounds if they have academic ability as do other public schools.
Perhaps Boris might give the public a wake up call. I am sick to death of bloody politicians Right Left and Centre.regardless of their political stance.
We are and have been constantly governed by self serving fools, chancer's and con men. Just look and listen to them. I read the write up by the labour crook now in Brixton who fraudulently fiddled his expenses. Whining about his bad treatment. Ahhhhh!
Look at useless Lord (ha ha) Prescott filling his coffers costing the tax payer a fortune? Flying around the world
filling his coffers. Each and every politician lines their own pockets, we have a corrupt system, it has always been corrupt.....
And as for Thos Lords and Ladies....£300 a day for signing in, having a couple of subsidised drinks in the bar ( for next to nothing) then taking off.remember when Glynnis Kinnock was exposed as a cheat? Things don't change and neither do politicians, con men and women who all spout a load of hogwash, who ensure their offspring are in a position to carry on the family tradition (just like the Kinnockios
And B'Liar regardless of their suitability. "Talk about giving beggars a horse, for sure they will never walk again even if they are on the route to hell "
