What are we eating tonight?

Postby JoM » 11 Jan 2013, 16:13

Not sure what's going on here this evening
John's here for dinner, so am I. Joe's definitely out and Tom doesn't know yet
I've made some meatballs which I was going to serve with some oven chips and mushrooms and I was fretting that I hadn't got enough chips for the four of us (forgot to buy a bag last night). That won't be a problem now

Fusilli pasta with bolognese sauce for us all, with cheesy garlic bread for the boys :D

We were goingto have panados, but the butcher didn't have any, so I bought a small pork loin joint and we're having that, with mashed carrot and swede, roast tatties, cabbage, cauli and green beans :D

Minced beef with carrots and onions served in a big Yorkshire pudding with mashed potatoes and gravy.

It was going to be bolognese but the Paperwork took so long. But it was nice, penne with more or less ametriciana (sp?) sauce, and garlic bread :)
