You pick your house, pay and agreed deposit, sign the promissary contract and agree on a moving date.

On that date, the final contract is signed, in front of a notary, the keys are handed over when the money is and bob's yer uncle.

We happen to know that their extension is possibly not "legal" and if that is the case, the notary will not allow the sale to go through. All houses have to have a habitation licence and number and extensions have to be done by a legal builder (Grumpy couldn't build over here) and various forms filled in and stamped

ho heck just looked out the kitchen window thought the green fly
were rather large
its flying ants nests on all our lawns
i boiled kettles of water to get mick to pour on them
and tony went to shop and brought fly spray
i dont like them its the temprature mick said its blazing hot
with no wind

We appear to have a unwanted visitor in the kitchen. Not sure what it is, but will be pulling out all moveable things later and cleaning under the sink and all worktops

Still no idea what it is Not a mouse, maybe a lizard or even yuk yuk a cockroach.

But my kitchen is now super squeeky disinfectant and bleach clean

Think I heard a scuttle in my cupboards - fancy a trip back to blightly??? I have bleach......

Just googled it, possibly a mouse and as Grumpy said, he did find a nest a few weeks ago.

Only a baby mouse, we think, but still.................

Oh heck, well bleaching everything out is the best thing really, until you can find it/them xxx

I've scrubbed the fronts of my kitchen cupboards with bleach spray today, I noticed a lot of fingerprints last night Becky can do the insides, she said yesterday she was up for more jobs round the place Joking aside, she's being a big help recently
