Sleep

Postby Rodo » 19 Jul 2014, 21:57

Don't feel like bothering going to bed. I don't sleep well at the best of times and when it is like this I might as well not bother. :(

We are not really getting decent sleep either, mainly due to the storms but also the dogs have been restless, and Pepper was ill Thursday night and Fraggle last night - hoping it's just the heat but keeping an eye on them both :?

I hate being tired, I sympathise greatly with anyone who gets insomnia, it must be truly dreadful :( ((((x))))

Nothing I can do about it kaz. It has just got gradually worse. At least I don't have to go to work now - it was terrible sometimes when I had to do that.
