I always had mine as pudding when I was little, instead of with my dinner - with jam or golden syrup :)

I can imagine it being quite nice with golden syrup :)

At my grandmas we used to have Yorkshire pudding with gravy
Before dinner or with golden syrup for pudding

Well it's just a pancake mix isn't it :)

Yes my dad used to have it first with gravy when he was young, it was just to fill them up so they'd eat less meat, especially during the war.

Hated gravy when I was little so I had my Yorkies as a starter with a splash of milk and sugar, then my lunch (meat and veg, no gravy) on the same plate  Personally I don't mind chips with lasagne although I do find them a bit filling....on our weekly order for Chinese tonight we always order one meal with fried rice and one with chips, and share both :) ;)

My mum used to eat left over yorkies cold with either syrup or jam on  I like mine on a plate with roast beef, gravy and veg ;)

I could never eat chips with lasagne, far too filling! TBH I am not a huge eater, no idea why I'm not skinny :? Without my chocolate habit, I probably would be

Gal I remember you saying before about Chinese with chips, I couldn't do that either :D

Our meal out was utterly scrumptious, will definitely be going back :D
