Good morning, all.

Another lovely day here, but we won't be doing much, as hot weather doesn't suit Mrs A's medical problem,
and Prince doesn't like the heat, either, as he still wearing his winter coat.

We have two air conditioners now that we can put into operation, so jt won't be too bad.

If you like the heat, then get out and enjoy it.

Morning all. Lovely, lovely day.

I'm at work (supposed to be working but popped on here instead) until 2pm and then I'm off to meet my mum and dad in town to have a mooch round the market. Matlock has recently resurrected its market and its pretty good - around 40 stalls now (which is really good going as they only started it up again about 5 weeks ago and it started off with just 10 stalls). Its in a much better spot now - on the park head. It used to be in a really dark and dingy undercover area near the bus station and went from a thriving market to dying a death because of the surroundings.

Then I'm taking the girls riding (though I'm not sure quite how much riding L is going to get done with her arm in plaster) - and typing this down has reminded me that I have left all their riding gear at home so need to nip home first and collect it!!!

Then its a quick dash home to take Lucy to Guides.

Oh well, so much for the cinema!! B and I were about to leave the house when I had a recurrence of that flashing lights business :? This time Mick wanted to take me to A&E as the doc had mentioned doing that whilst it was going on, if it happened again. So we got almost there and it stopped - there seemed no point going then so he bought me home, and it started again, to a much lesser degree though and now it has stopped :? I've had really tingly arms and hands since and my legs felt a bit weird.......couldn't walk a straight line up the stairs, I veered into the wall :?

So I am having a quiet afternoon instead, my eye appointment isn't until September, but this was definitley in both eyes so I'm not sure it can be related to that left optic nerve query? Think I'll go back to the GP again :?

Oh thanks both :) I feel ok really, just a bit spaced out! The GP did think it was just a migraine aura last time, but I will go back as she said to do that f it happened again. It's a flipping nuisance, I was looking forward to a nice day out with B :?

:( I know Di, that's what I was hoping. Also, now I'm sure it is both eyes with the zag zags rather than just the one with the raised optic nerve (last time I was so taken by surprise I really couldn't be 100% it was both eyes when they asked me) I am a bit more worried about what could be causing it  :? I haven't felt 'right' for quite a while.....

I'll try for an appointment tomorrow, we have one of those systems where you phone after 8am for an appt. that day :?

Sorry, I really should have put this on Health rather than the Morning thread
