It is a rare day indeed when I don't go out for a walk or a run..yesterday was horrid being stuck indoors.

Morning everyone

Oh, poor you Loz xx And Ally, listen to auntie Ton, you go for you walk but you avoid people. And still rest and drink lots of fluids. Water, not vodka

Gorgeous morning, lovely blue sky and will not dubt get really hot again later. I envy you Weka, sitting outside at 10.00. Very cold here then

We were goingto go shopping and do the car tax but just had a text from our money man and he's coming at 11.00 with very scrummy croissants, so we'll go tomorrow. Need a couple of things sorted out.

Hope Millie will be okay today Debih and glad you slept better last night.

Have as good a day as you can everyone and the poorly ones feel much better soon xxx

Good Morning--i have had a good night`s sleep at last and feel
much better.
Cough has gone and chest easier :D
The only trouble is that now i feel better OH has caught it and has
taken to his bed (manflu i expect lol)
Might go through to Canterbury on my own and have a look round the sales
(that is if the fog clears)
I have £70 of Debenhams vouchers to spend and could pick up a M&S meal
deal as a treat.

That sounds like a good plan Lissie - enjoy! :) :D

Loz I think this explains the dizzy spells  Take care today and enjoy the rest xxx

 Ally

Weka I'm another genetic mutant so join the club - I've got an extra bit on some of my chromosomes - called a mosaicism, it runs down my family in the female line and we are all very lucky not to have problems from it (Downs and Turners syndromes are mosaicisms) which we don't, apart from a tendency to miscarriage caused by blighted ova :? We only found out when I had my 3rd or 4th miscarriage so they investigated and this turned up! The geneticist/professor at St George's was fascinated and asked me to give extra blood so she could use it to teach her students as it is so rare :o  They tested mum, my sister, her daughter and mine - we all have it..............

When Harry was diagnosed with special needs they called the professor in again to see if his issues were caused by the mosaicsim but they aren't - it is in the female line only.....

Morning all :)
Busy in here this morning, that's nice to see!
Yet another dull and cloudy one here, although no actual rain as yet.

20 miles is good going Kaz, your legs must be looking good ;)
Ear infections not nice Loz, call the dr again if it gets worse or painful.
Hope Millie's doing ok, glad you're feeling better Lissie, and Ally too.
Have a good day
Di

Good morning all.

I'm so sorry to hear of all you who are suffering with health problems now.
I blame a lot of it on the horrible wet weather we have had of late - there is
far too much stagnant water lying about, for bugs to grow in. (Just a thought)

We are having a quiet day, hopefully. It's colder here now, and there's a possibility
of snow later. That will make a change

Have a good day everyone - and you poorly ones take it easy.
