I'm so late on parade it's tomorrow already!
Good news about the finger, but hope the dizziness goe soon!
Ally, hope your feeling better soon. I'm not all that surprised you caught it after what had happened.
The rhyme doesn't work with my accent either, but like it.
Saundra if you we're you get an HRV (as they are known here) installed, hen you would never have to dust again
Elaine hope its not time or a new car, and cleaning the throttle fixes the problem

Well I had my boot camp, and I did better than monday, so I'm happy. Did a quick bit of shopping at the hardware store, home by 8, in bed with a migraine by 8:30. Not happy. Booked an osteo appointment as I thought it was coming from my neck, and yep, it was. He did his magic and a lot if the pain went. Unfortunately I was left all a bit dopey yesterday.
This morning so far so good. I have another appointment this afternoon. Thankfully it's on acc, but at only knocks some of the bill down, so it's $50 a session. Yikes. Still what needs to be done, needs to be done.

I was wondering that too Kaz....

Loz that's good news about the finger joint, sorry to hear about the dizzy spell though - be gentle on yourself until you know for sure that it's cleared.

Loz hurrah for the finger, not so for the dizzy, hope it doesn't carry on too long.

Weka whatever an HRV is I'd want a demonstration if it reckoned it could cope with a Minnie ;)
Mind you, what I'd really like is for her to learn how to hoover :D Honestly, if anyone had called in unexpectedly today they'd have thought it hadn't been done for a week, not a day

In a nut shell, an HRV or a DVD as the other main company calls itself, is an air filter, air pusher.
So the unit lives in the ceiling space and has ducting that draws in air, either from outside or from the ceiling/loft, the filters it, and then pushes it back our through ducts into your rooms. Te old air in your home is then pushed outside, often taking dust with it before it gets to settle.

They say the completely replace the air in a house every hour I think.

One friend use to dust twice a week, the lived in a dusty area, after they had one installed, she stated dusting very 6 months! Another friend use to get lots of mould on her walls, now she gets none, and no condensation on her windows either especially in winter.

We are going to put one in our rental, as we get mould, and the window sills need towels on them in the winter to soak up the condensation, otherwise the puddles drip on the carpet.

But then it is quite humid here.
Not sure why your link doesn't work, it's the right place...?
