Morning Saturday

Postby jenniren » 05 Jul 2014, 07:49

Morning all :D

Another early start for us, making time for brekkie before getting packed. We've been so lucky with the weather, it's been a lovely break.

We'll be stopping off to spend time with youngest daughter and the boys before heading for home. We offered on a bungalow yesterday so will be on tenterhooks all day waiting for a response. The agent's open today, closed tomorrow, so fingers crossed we're not hanging on til Monday.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning both :)

Oh Jen how exciting!!! Was it yesterday's viewing? 8-) :D I have everything crossed for you XX

Ally, good luck with your good intentions :P ;)

Harry needs new tracky bottoms, the couple of pairs I bought him fairly recently are now sitting above his ankle  So a trip to the sports shop in town is on the cards - they sell branded stuff extremely cheaply ;) 8-) No doubt then a bite in a coffee shop in town - might give the Docks a miss as it is raining  ;)

Becky came home early from her pet sitting job, as the couple came home from holiday early (he is in the forces, and cutting it short was to do with that) so she is around this weekend :)

Have a nice weekend everyone :) xxxx

Oh, very exciting Jen, keeping everything crossed for you xx And piccies?? Safe journey home x

Bits and bobs for us today, footie later :D

And talking of footie, hope Neymar is okay - some git stuck his knee in his back and he now has a cracked vertebrae   Not a Neymar lover, but the way football is going, they're goingto have to wear padded suits  and a decent ref would be good - still waiting to see one

Hope you all have a good day xx whateber the weather ;)

Morning chums. A dull day here, but we are happy as we had our offer accepted on the bungalow we wanted...well we had to up it a bit, but we think it will be worth it. So that is our project for the summer. Do it up and either let it or sell it. Ooh get us, property developers!
Jen I do hope you get yours too :D
Have a good day everyone with whatever you are doing xxx

Morning all. My get up and go seems to have got up and gone this morning and I can't get motivated!

Not much to do though really - washing (its a lovely day after a night of very heavy rain), hoovering and bed stripping. I need to nip to the shops later but will do that when I am picking S up from work.

S and L both have a friend coming with them to the party tonight. Oh yes, its the dreaded party. Hopefully it will be better than I am expecting, as the meal was last night, but as they have no idea how many, if any, of their friends are coming it'll be interesting!!

Good morning everyone. It's a lovely day here and I have no plans at all so I'll just chill out and maybe get into the garden, not to work but to sit and read under the parasol. My sister-in-law and niece are here for a couple of days, sil from Canada and niece from Switzerland, but they are busy seeing friends (they used to live here) so we won't see a lot of them. I'll give them Sunday lunch tomorrow if they have no other plans.

Good luck with the bungalow offer Jen. I hope you hear about it today and don't have to hang around on tenterhooks.

Boys Harry's age grow fast don't they Kaz, as I know only too well. I didn't spend a lot on their clothes when they were young teens as they grew out of them in a matter of weeks.

Ally, I can just see you sitting by the TV knitting on a Saturday night!
