Morning all. I'm at work but only until 12pm. Then I'm off for a swim before going home to read adoption papers ready for tomorrows panel.

I took L to school this morning as they are doing a sponsored walk and then went off to the allotment to spend a happy hour watering and picking berries - I have a lovely big pile of strawberries, red currants, black currants and raspberries. I am planning on going back tomorrow after panel to do some weeding and more berry picking. Nothing else, other than some lettuce, are ready yet.

Mick is away tonight and L has decided not to go to guides as she thinks she will be tired after the walk so I intend on having a soak in the bath, something scrummy to eat and slob out watching tv.

Afternoon all, it's overcast here but still warm. Mr. Osc has gone with SIL to play golf in Co. Wicklow, SIL's friend is home from Dubai and wanted to play on this particular course. Michael is doing the summer project (not sure you have them in England, it's a few weeks of age based organised activities usually organised around a school, and run with a large amount of voluntary help therefore very inexpensive). He has loved the things he has done so far. I collected him at 12.30 today and we have had our lunch, then later on I'll drive us both to the golf course/hotel in Wicklow where we will all meet up, Miss Osc too, and have dinner. Miss Osc etc. are staying the night but we will come home.

Hope Kate is feeling much better, tummy things are so exhausting. Enjoy your day everyone :)

Good afternoon all, it's a hot one here although it's clouded over a lot now and the bright sunshine from this morning has gone.

I did some shopping and then walked Billy, we were both glad to be back for cold drinks.

Tom and M have just arrived home. I asked if they'd got a free afternoon - a free day is more like it! Their lessons have all been cancelled because of it being move through day with September's new starters in school. They were saying that it would've been nice if they'd been informed of this yesterday! The school's closed for all pupils on Friday too for yet another training day.

Have a good day everyone!
