I think it was Kaz - it had a little bleeding round the head so I reckon it had been hit and crawled to the grassy verge by the path to die. :(

It was at the end of my run when I found it so I just went straight to Carmen's house to tell her and then went with her whilst she picked it up in a blanket. :(

I feel quite shaken as she's so upset. :(

I'm sure you do, a horrible experience for you Ally :( Dreadful too, for your poor friend. Pets become family for most people, and it's very upsetting when they die. I cried at the vets when our guinea pig had to be put down....even the little pets get into our hearts. Have a hug (((((((x))))))) and one for Carmen too (((((((((x))))))))

The supermarkets usually have garden stuff Saundra, like shed/fence/furniture stains etc.

Morning everyone

Gorgeous morning, although we're still about 10-12C below what we normally are. But it's lovely at night :D

Poor puss-cat and friend. Have a hug from me for her Ally xx

Kaz, as one of those people who would inspect the student accommodation once they'd left   you've done well. If the blu-tak marks were on the walls when she moved in, and it's on her onventory, query it with them. And the reason you got a cheque is that it takes longer to clear, so they have more interest in their bank.

Ironing for me later :( Grumpy has a few things to do, when he gets up

Hope you all have a good day and enjoy the sunshine xx

Thanks Ton, I guessed that was the reason ;) :( I'll think about the query, am a bit stressed at the moment so not sure it's worth the hassle, but will think about it :) Thank you :) xxxxxx

Morning all :D

The drive here went well yesterday. A long queue as we joined the M25 slowed us down by about 30mins and we did make a couple of loo stops  but we arrived around 4.30 so not bad at all. Popped over to the pub across the road for an early dinner and then spent the evening setting up my new tablet. It's great, very responsive, much easier to use than the old one.

Off for the first of today's 5 viewings shortly, it's nice and sunny, fingers crossed it stays dry.

Hope you all have a good day :D
