Afternoon all, not been around much this week, seem to have been very busy with one thing and another. We had a surveyor here yesterday looking at the house for the buyers. He was really nice and said there were no major issues with the house, just a few small things which would be expected in a house 100 years old. He also said the buyers want this house so much that they won't be too worried about what he says anyway! Our next-door neighbour offered us the use of a little unused bedsit she has at the side of her house to store stuff so we have moved all our boxes in there plus some other bits and pieces, so now we can see better what still has to be done.

We had Michael unexpectedly for the day yesterday - I was to collect him from playschool and after lunch, bring him to SIL's sister's house, where he was having a sleepover with his cousin. However, SIL's sister also has a little girl with spina bifida who had a fever yesterday and therefore had to be checked out in hospital and Miss Osc said could I keep Michael until she saw how the day was going (they were supposed to be going out yesterday evening). In the end Michael was here until after 7pm but was so good, even when he realised that the sleepover wasn't going to happen. Miss Osc and SIL didn't go out in the end either as their day had been very messy with one thing and another. Miss Osc had a midwife appointment late in the afternoon, and all went well, they even did a scan which apparently they don't normally do. She is much bigger this time, even I can see that.

Weather is lovely here, although a few clouds drifting over now. We sorted out Mr. Osc's clothes for the cruise this morning, and he did further dismantling of a wardrobe we are taking with us, then we moved some stuff from the post office building to our neighbour's place. Just waiting to hear from Miss Osc now who has suggested a belated Father's Day visit to the local icecream shop.

Football tonight I suppose  , oh well, I'll just do some knitting and throw an eye at the football occasionally if it's a good match. Enjoy your day everyone :)

Hi Osc, glad to hear things are coming along smoothly with the house move 8-) 8-)

Glad Miss Oc's scan went well - it is usual to be bigger with second pregnancies, as everything is softer second time around so the pregnancy pushes out more and looks bigger, even if the baby itself isn't bigger :)
