Been round and round with passwords> passwords not recognised> request email with links to reset passwords> link taking me to wrong place> banging head against screen> stomping off swearing> have cuppa> ring to speak to a human> who wouldn't speak to me as there was "an issue with the address you are providing" so I am obviously not 'me' despite providing DoB, NI no etc > dig out letters from Finance from last year and see that the address on there is slightly amiss, although not first line or postcode which is why we hadn't noticed :O > ring back and speak to different human who is more more helpful> She offers to send out paper forms for me to fill in > problem solved
