I am still wondering which male designer won the bet to make women look hideous by coming up with........ leggings. :shock:

They are the most unflattering garment ever invented and are mostly worn by those who are sartorially challenged at the best of times. :roll:

And No(!) a scarf will not help. Your bum does look huge and wobbly in them. :lol:

I don't think I look particularly chic in them - scarves that is, not leggings! - but at some times of the year they're really handy. Like now, I don't want another layer or polo necks, but a scarf around the neck keeps the chill off nicely

For once the scarf lady didn't have the colour I wanted (a green, funnily enough Ally) to go with my new White Stuff tunic, but Peacocks had a nice almost white one which will go with more

My daughter, Becky, spent lots of time in France from the age of 5 to 16 and picked up the scarf habit. She has shed loads of them, all different lengths and colours, and all very simple.

i like scarves as well but dont have many
some people look so elegant in them
i wish i had a long neck

Another good day, that's two in a row - started driving yesterday too - really feel as if I have turned a corner in my recovery after feeling I'd hit a sort of wall during the week.
