Have I missed some news? Just reading through a few good morning threads that I'd not read and saw that you're packing - do you have a buyer now?
*Fingers crossed that you say yes!*

Yes, we do have a buyer, but I'm trying not to get too excited as so much can go wrong in these things - I did post two weeks ago about it. It can take about two months to get to exchange of contracts, and as much as three months to completion, but seeing as Miss Osc is our solicitor at least we know she will keep it moving from her end.

We had meetings today with two of the builders tendering for the work and another tomorrow - we are hoping that once contracts are exchanged, the work can start and of course that could all happen just before or during our holidays in July, so we are busy packing stuff up. It's all very exciting but I'm trying to concentrate on the practical! It's annoying that I have to be careful about lifting, pulling and pushing but am still getting stuff done.

Oh that's brilliant news Osc, fingers crossed it all goes smoothly - at least you've got a solicitor you can trust on the case for you! It's such a long drawn out and stressful process isn't it, it doesn't sound any better over there than it is here :?

It'll be so exciting once the work can finally start and you see it starting to take shape :D
