Morning Ally, morning everyone :)

We have had a bad night - Mick was called out 4 times (a record I think) all on the same fault by eejits who weren't listening to what he was telling them! :( Then when he finally got back to bed just before 6am some neighbours decided to chat loudly outside our window before slamming their car doors and driving away  The dogs woke then so no chance of getting back to sleep.......I am exhausted so poor Mick will be even worse! I have to go to Cheltenham today as well, it's a dental hygienist appointment and they charge £30 if you cancel on the day so I have to go  :(

Have a good day everyone, hopefully I'll be less grumpy later  ;) xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Morning all :D

Early start as we've number 2 estate agent coming in to value this morning. The chap who came yesterday said what we expected/hoped so it will be interesting to see what today's man says. Think it will come down to fee price and who we like most, both of them have recently sold houses close by. You asked where we will be moving to kaz, well we would like to be somewhere coastal, probably Kent as it's where I grew up but exactly where we haven't decided yet. The plan is to downsize ideally into a bungalow as stairs will, as time goes on, become an increasing problem for E. We won't start looking ourselves until this is sold and if necessary and things move quickly we'll rent so we can have a good look round before jumping in.

Hope loz has a calm ferry crossing this morning and the sun shines brightly for them.

It rained a bit late yesterday evening, but seems quite bright now. Think the forecast is for more of the wet stuff tonight and tomorrow. Hopefully it will stay dry today as we're planning to do some shopping and then find somewhere for a late lunch.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning :)
Hope you feel better later Kaz, maybe you can have a little zzz this afternoon x
Happy holidays to Loz and Mr Loz :)

Dull and cloudy here, rain on and off forecast this morning but clearing up later.
I won't be rushing Saundra, definitely a bit zonked today, will gradually plod through the unpacking/washing etc.
Bb doesn't have to work till tomorrow so he can help, and we can go and get whatever shopping we need. We stopped at Lidl yesterday so have some in, I just need to work out actual meals :)

Plus the fun bit of getting photos on the pc and sorting them out :)
Do hope little Michael's ok this morning x

:) :) :) :)

Good morning all

Welcome back Di glad you had such a great holiday and you have managed to escape the current weather - sorry Ton but yours has finally come this way :!: :!:

Osc hope everything now ok with little one, its a great worry for parents re allergies, my take is that everything is so clinical these days, children do not have chance to build up immune systems and coupled with all the rubbish contained in nearly every food source this makes matters worse.

Jen good luck with the estate agent, where in Kent did you grow up :?:

Well finally summer seems to arrived here in Turkey and İ have spent the last few days on a friend's boat as TK is still not back - only been a month :!: :!:

So today clear the dust and later on İ have to inspect a holiday complex of 100 villas/2 swimming pools and produce a Maintenance Quotation, which they want within a few days, as contract will start 1st June this year - so no pressure then

Have a good day all and take care

Morning all! There's been lots of rain since we woke (although I was awake quite a lot during the night), but it has stopped for the moment and Mr. Osc has just gone to play golf. Going to have my shower shortly, then have various bits and pieces to do, and a bit of a walk weather permitting. Might do some reading or some crochet later on. We've earmarked the new series Penny Dreadful which starts tonight but I've a funny feeling it's not going to be our sort of thing. However Tuesday night is Nashville night, my favourite series at the moment, so looking forward to that. I've updated about Michael on my other thread, all seems well thank goodness. Hope the Lozzes have a safe ferry journey and a great holiday. Enjoy your day everyone :)
