Good Morning Sunday!

Postby Diflower » 27 Apr 2014, 07:32

Morning all :)
I'd love to say what a beautiful morning but it's pretty dire  It's raining and has been on and off all night.

Hope Kaz got off on time and that sunshine awaits her :)
Trying to get summer stuff washed here, will have to use the drier since the forecast is much the same for the next few days.
Think I shall cheer myself up by making a nice new Holiday playlist for the mp3 :D
Having a bit of trouble lately making dinner decisions but that's sorted today with the last chicken out of the freezer :)

Hope you all manage to have a good day
Di

Good morning Di..and everyone. :D

Wall to wall sunshine here again. 8-) 8-) 8-)

Been for a run and am enjoying a cuppa on the terrace. :D

Picking mum and dad up today and will have a walk round one of the lovely gardens in our town and then spend the rest of the day in our own garden. :D

I'm making lemon chicken salad with lots of picky bits which we'll have al fresco. :D

TV watching tonight. :D :D

Have a good day everyone. :D

Morning Di, Ally, morning everyone

You'll be pleased to know Di, it's gorgeous here this morning :D Not a cloud in sight, no wind, beeeoooutiful :D :D

We're also having chicken for dinner, but I'm doing chicken breasts wrapped in presunto, stuffed with garlic, cheese and rosemary, hasslebak spuds and other lovely things :D And we have a very nice Reserva to drink.

Ooohh and a neighbour has just brought us a crate of beer :D :D :D He can't drink any more, knows we like it

Pootling for us again - after I've done the ironing ;)

Have a good day everyone, hope Kaz got off on time and has a safe flight xx

Morning all :D

It's dry and sunny here at the moment, will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

We're having chicken for dinner too, I always snap up a couple of rotisserie chickens when M&S have them on the meal deal, got the last one out of the freezer to cook later today.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Rainy here! Boo! :(
Still full of cold, but getting better. I was hoping to get out for a little tango later, but that won't happen now.
Roast chicken for later and I might do a little online holiday shopping 8-)
Have a good one chums xxx

Greetings all - a very mixed bag weather wise; rain followed by lovely blue skies and then rain again....

A sort of sad, but happy day for me. I've had the most beautiful stray cat that I've been caring for for the past three, nearly four months. I'd have loved to keep her but just couldn't and thankfully very dear friends of mine have taken her in. They came to collect her this morning. I really thought I would be able to say goodbye without sobbing but failed miserably. She's gone to just the perfect home for her and it's great as I can still go visit them (and her) but still - and :)

other than that, not much planned for today; pottering about and doing a bit of cleaning and tidying I feel

Have a lovely day everyone
