So I tried to re-create it tonight - not quite the same, but almost
On a bed of shredded lettuce, chuck on a jar of black eyed beans, a tin of tuna, diced cucumber, tomato and lots and lots of olive oil and vinegar.
Top with diced boiled egg and serve with plain rice.
