We had such a good night out with the lads last night.

I'm off for a bike ride this morning with Herman the German.

Picking mum and dad up at noon and having them over here for the day - Grand National silliness will no doubt ensue.

Chinese takeaway and TV tonight as we're off in the morning to Torre del Mar.

Have tracked flight from Gatwick to Alicante as Son, dil and two terrors have gone
On holiday. They have just landed
They have rented a villa with own pool so should enjoy themselves as both the boys can
now swim.

It's still dull and murky here, my outside windows are coated in that sand stuff - I'm glad I didn't bother doing them the other day now

Becky is home from Uni for Easter, we'll all be out later I expect, lunch then round to D's for a cuppa and a natter - last week we sat in her garden in the sunshine, not today though

We did want to paint the fence and decking tomorrow but unless it fines up a bit I can't see it getting done

Ironing for me today and a bit of house-workery stuff. Not sure what Grumpy will be doing - sat in the back garden with a beer, probably

And I can plan on how to spend my lotto winnings - all 10 euros of it

Waiting for E to get out of the shower then we're off down the road for a few essential supplies. Don't need a lot, just fresh items to get us through the next few days before we go to look after the boys in Kent on Tuesday.

No sunshine here but at least it's dry.

I'm pleased to say that the 'Golden Oldies' presentation I put on in our Lodge was a great success.
We had a full house and they all seemed to enjoy the nostalgia, and are looking forward to the next one.

Ally will be pleased to know that the most popular male singer was Elvis.

I'm having a quiet day today, hopefully.
