Saundra, no, sadly we haven't sold yet - believe me, if and when we do EVERYONE will now about it

But we're going back looking at one of the houses Grumpy likes, so we've arranged to see a couple more. We know, that when we do sell, it aill be a matter of weeks before we have to move out, so better to be safe and check out the market.

As we were told, when we first put the house on the market - check out what's around - most of houses here have been on the market for a good year or two and one we're looking at as been on the market for 4 years and no change in the price. And another for nearly 3 years, so they're worth a look-see and some hard bargaining, if we like them
