URGENT HAIR HELP

Postby miasmum » 23 Mar 2014, 14:50

I have just put a Clairol Ammonia free colour on my hair. It was warm dark brown........like hell it was, I now have carrot orange roots. Can I put another colour straight on top of this one?

because my roots are grey Ton and grey hair is very porous. I avoid anything with red in as that makes the roots pink. Likewise copper makes them orange. I need to add the word 'warm' to the list it would appear. I shall stick to brown  Now it is dry it's not so loud thankfully

Oh dear, I've had a bit of that but thankfully it looked ok as there's not much grey and it's scattered.
Hope it's ok or fixable x

I think a permanent colour in a slightly darker brown than you would normally chose will soon zap it ;) :)

I have a lot of grey coming though now, but as I like to be blonde that's an advantage - it takes the blonde more easily than my old mousey brown did ;)
