Good morning everyone. There is a chill in the air this morning. I fed Oscar at his usual time 6.15 the paper boy could not open the gate that my daughter had chained up due to dog theft in the area so I went and helped him . I made a good cup of tea and have climbed back into bed for half an hour.

a bit of a lazy day here for me today. I think i've burnt myself out with all the summer activity thats been going on around here over the last couple of months.
Busy even for me!!

started to look for a bike for Sasha's 5th Birthday ( ) today, seems like she has bypassed the first size, only barely fits the second size and is straight onto a 20" wheel!! yikes!! no training wheels for her then!!

The plot (close your eyes Kaz) for this Malaysian plane keeps getting thicker. I wonder who will produce the movie in 2 years time?

Goooood morning.

Another gorgeous day here.

We're off to climb our local Monte Palomas this morning - early to avoid being frazzled.

That should take about 4ish hours then back home for showers then to Torremolinos for a walk along the beach and a pit stop at a chiringuito for sardines.

Back to our town for a couple of beers then home for the 6 of us to eat together - I'm making my prawn and chorizo tagliatelle speciality.

Then a game of Scrabble will be played on the terrace with a few shots of toffee vodka.

Morning all

Up early as I've a much needed hairdresser appointment at 10 and will be dropping E off at the barbers on the way. He's planning to amble into town afterwards where I'll meet him for lunch, after that it's the overdue trip to Tesco for some fresh food.

Finally got all the washing done, now just need to put everything away and get the house back to normal........now where can I hide the ironing

Good morning everyone. Bright and sunny here but quite cold, although I haven't been outside yet. I'm planning a trip to Belfast sometime today as I haven't been for ages and I fancy a browse round the shops.

Well I slept much better last night, the gaviscon is doing the trick. Osc I think you're right it might well be acid reflux I need to look into it properly and watch what I eat in the evenings I think

Cleaning to be done this morning, then the small pile of ironing that has been hanging around all weekend - then hopefully, weather permitting, a nice walk into town to pick up some groceries The sunshine has disappeared but it's still quite mild
