What goes in would always be healthier at home that's for sure
But what I meant was, these would be much fewer calories than pies as no fat. I shall try some one day this week and let you know how it goes
Btw, what I made yesterday might go in nicely. We had sort of Indian tapas for dinner (is there a word, like tapas/mezze? - if not there should be!) Anyway, I had l/over mashed potato and half a bag of spinach so made some yummy spiced potato/spinach/onion cakes, with mustard & cumin seeds, garlic, turmeric, chilli, garam masala and a squeeze of lemon
