I am so glad they arrived, but fancy Frank ordering boring black, pink is so much prettier

Gal, when I'm finished using mine I just flip the cover closed as it switches itself off. You can set the timing to how quickly it does that - I think at the moment it's 1 minute - but I don't have mine here at work so can't tell you where to do that; I know it's under settings.

That sounds as though you have put it into the pink cover already.....can you talk me through how it fits please? I can see I am going to have to ask many questions here.....

Gal, if you open the cover there are four lugs to hold the tablet in place. The single one on the long side is spring-loaded so you have to hold it back as you slide the tablet in. Hope that helps.

I am finding my way about now and have installed Kingsoft Office (WP and Spreadsheet) Dolphin browser, Thumb keyboard and Anttrex file manager. It's all looking good...

Oh my, I am still trying to figure it all out....

How do I do the kindle app Kaz and how do I put here (VV) and stuff so I can find them right away?

Gal with the kindle fire, first I entered the website address for here, but as soon as I started typing it the 2nd time it came up automatically - and after that there was a little box on the screen as soon as I went to the 'web' icon. It now has several, all the websites I use most, I didn't have to do anything.

Like you I haven't had any gadget before, so am probably not using it to its best, but just keep at it and you'll use it the way you want to.
To get kindle, just go to amazon (on your tablet), to the kindle dept, and it says 'get kindle app now' or somesuch, so you download it straight from there.

I found Kindle in the Play Store....that comes up when you click that 'dotty' button I mentioned in my previous post - no need to go via Amazon on these

As for VV and similar, well Bookmark it as per my post
