Well I'm having a pottering morning catching up on the hoovering etc that didn't get done yesterday as we were out - then I need a walk. Unusually for a Thursday it won't be a fasting day - I did it yesterday instead as I'd eaten very little all day and just had some rice cakes when we got home last night So I might take that walk towards town and a toasted teacake

A few jobs for us this morning (Bb's not working) including the joy of a trip to the tip
Appointment's at 2.30 but I have to be there an hour before to drink the drink.
