My ex said he was talking to an old neighbour who was in tears about his house - not surprised :shock: :( :(

I lived in that road twice you see - once in a bungalow with my ex and then again with Mick in a smaller semi-detached cottage.......

We were like that during the floods in West Molesey in 1968. Had to be evacuated by Navy Duk. Although the carpets downstairs were ruined, I don't recall ever claiming on insurance? Can't think why. We did have a plague of fleas when we moved back home :(

It was just before our son's first birthday, so my MiL was the first person to see him walk :(. I've never forgotten that :D
