A blast from the past!!

The phone rang this morning and a voice said "this is Ann" can i come and see you tomorrow as i am
staying in Kent this week
Ann used to be a barmaid for us in the 1980`s in Croydon and we have kept in touch at Christmas
with a card and a little note every year.
We have not seen her since then --she lives in Suffolk now
We remember her as a very friendly young girl and wonder what she will be like after all these
years. She met her partner Bob in the pub and they are still together
We are looking forward to seeing her

We had a lovely afternoon chatting and catching up with who married who and who dumped who
She had`nt altered at all except she had put a bit of weight on (but who has`nt? )
It was lovely to chat and catch up and now she says she will go on Facebook so she can
keep in touch
