Good morning Ali.

You make me very envious with your mention of coastal walks. Enjoy!

Good morning everyone else. I enjoyed my dog-walk this morning.
It seems we are due for a break in the bad weather.
Hope you all enjoy your day.

Morning all.

No work or school this week. Hurrah.

No plans for today other than to sort the girls wardrobes out ready for a shopping spree on Wednesday.

Oh and to sort out the Sky box as all our on demand stuff has disappeared again.

Morning all. I'm jealous Debih - I also want to have a half term holiday; I sure could do with one. But I have Wednesday off at least :)

Aggers, I heard a report on the radio this morning that apparently the jet stream that has been responsible for all this horrid weather has moved further south so the UK should be spared the worst of it.... fingers crossed it stays a bit further south

Morning everyone

Bit overcast this morning, when we were expecting wall to wall sunshine. Ria, have you sent that jet stream too far south?

Still feeling rubbish  if the new tablets don't kick in by tomorrow, IO'm going to try and see a doc at the clinic. Mine is on holiday  so might not be asy.

We were going to Bente's today, but we'll stay here and vegetate - again

Continued hugs to NN and Mr NN xx

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning everyone :)

Aggers we had our 'good' day yesterday, it was glorious! Today looks dark again, with more rain forecast for us  Enjoy your dog walks with Prince :)

Mick lost his glasses yesterday!! We looked everywhere, but in the end he dug out an old pair which were doing the job reasonably :? He just took the dogs for a walk over the field and guess what? There in the middle of a muddy puddle were his specs   He vaguely remembers now, before he took them yesterday morning, reading an article from a stack of papers I had out in the utility ready for recycling, just as he was getting ready - we keep the dogs' leads and his high viz jacket out there....He must have popped them into his jacket pocket, and then they fell out on the field

He was very lucky to get them back! :geek:

Nothing to be jealous about Ria. I have an 11 year old and a 13 year old both moaning that they are bored. And it's only just gone 9.30am on the first morning. They can't be entertained with glitter and glue any more.

S is whiz zing through her bedroom as she wants to go and meet her Mates in town - I'm not so keen on her going as it is lashing it down. She hasn't actually asked me if she can go yet - I only know as I heard her on skype planning it.

Morning all :)
I think the weather is better in that it's just normal rain rather than non-stop torrential with gale force winds :D
The Olympics haven't fared well today either, thick fog meant the snowboarding has had to be postponed.
Mondayish stuff here.

Good luck with Debih, I'm sure we were all bored at bad weather half terms too :)
Kaz that was lucky :D
Hope you feel better soon Ton
