Repetitive Rita announcing another day of sunshine.

I'm taking myself into Malaga again this morning for a long walk along the coast.

Back home for lunch, prepare dinner and then off to work at 4.30.

Morning all. Wearisome Winnie here announcing another day of cold and rain.

No real plans for me today other than pottering around the house and reading some adoption papers. S is home sick with a sore throat.

I made the mistake of hopping on the scales this morning (weigh day isn't until tomorrow) and I think I've put a couple of pounds on this week!!! I have struggled with my WW diet this week and have definitely eaten more than I have in the last couple of weeks - although I have been good and pointed it all up - and last night I had wine and crisps (although my tracker thing said I was allowed). I have woken up feeling really bloaty and windy this morning though and quite uncomfortable. Will just have to wait to see what tomorrow brings I suppose.

Pilates tonight - I'm looking forward to it. I've never enjoyed exercise so much as I am with the pilates and bokwa. I'm really hoping they can fix up another bokwa class on a Wednesday night.

Morning all, am stil in bed but getting up shortly. We don't have Michael today so we are going into town. We will be getting a pressie for a friend's 60th (there's a surprise party for him on Saturday) and then we are going to have lunch and go to the cinema - not decided what to see yet. It seems to be dry outside so we might go on public transport. Have a good day everyone

Morning - another Wearisome Winnie here; will this rain ever stop??????

Usual work day for me. Need to do some grocery shopping after work this evening as Frank (brother from Germany) is arriving tomorrow and the cupboards are rather bare. And then need to rush home and do some cleaning. So a very exciting day for me - NOT!!!

We had a much better night's sleep, no disrupting doggy behaviour A good night's sleep makes such a difference, doesn't it? Will probably go to Sainsbury's later, we have both H and B for the weekend so need lots of groceries

Hmmm well, it's not raining - good enough

We're off out this morning, it's not exactly nice enough to visit our old stretch of beach - actually unless it clears we won't even be able to see it But it doesn't look as though we'll be getting drenched at least.
Having a bit of trouble typing, a finger has gradually seized up over the last few days - a finger! - what have I done to make it do that?!
