When we first moved to Spain and the boys were making friends - the first time a bunch of them came to our house Jacob made lashings of toast and Marmite...they'd never had Marmite before.

Those same lads still come to ours for a scooby snack of toast..which never fails..with Marmite.

They can't buy it here so it's Scully bound for the Marmite round!

I love multi seeded...and have recently discovered Laughing Cow blue cheese triangles - something silly like 25 calories per triangle too.
