Aw what a shame about your friends! :(

I LOL'd at Joe and the family bathroom, Becky pretty much takes ours over when she's here, as we always use the en suite!   It's full of her lotions and potions - so much so I had to buy one of those plastic drawers on wheels units to put them all away tidily

Those are darned good prices! 8-) We paid £226k for ours and I think we got rather a bargain!! Looking on Rightmove at the prices paid (as you do when you're a nosy old trout like me :P) our neighbours all paid far more!!! Next door paid almost £30k more when it was brand new, and when the house on the corner, round the corner, sold recently they were asking £289k, and their's was only two storey, although still 4 bed!   I don't suppose they will have got FAP, but even so they must have got something approaching it............... :o :?

Di I don't think much of their Estate Agents then, they are very slow at putting their sales online! :? Don't they know we are all dying for a nose?????? :P    :geek:

I know Kaz
Checked zoopla as well but zilch!

Ours was a bargain too, because it was one of the few that hadn't had the kitchen or bathroom updated, or double glazing out in. Obviously that all cost us, but not as much as the price difference and we got what we wanted :)

It's on :D
Here
And it says it's under offer! I saw one person come, on Thursday afternoon.
I'd have said the price was severely pushing it, since the bathroom hasn't been done, and the kitchen needs doing too, but will wait and see the actual price paid after it's sold.

They were all like that Mm, all the rage in 1978 when they were built

Next door's was brown, the other side pink :D

I got the price our neighbours paid wrong - it was £210,000, not £205,000. Becky and Dan who are next door around the corner though have the same house as ours (there are only four sets of semis in this style on the whole estate) with a single garage too, they bought their house just 5 months before us and paid £225,000 - £30,000 more than us!

Di, someone's going to have a lot of work to do there!! That bathroom for a start!!
It's sold very quickly though hasn't it!
