"Gerrem off" I said to Mr. Rodo this morning

Postby Rodo » 16 Jan 2014, 11:28

He had only raided the ironing basket for his favourite jeans which were very creased and was about to leave the house wearing them.

"Halt!" I said. "Gerrem off"

Rodo to the rescue with my trusty steam iron and he was as good as new.

Orff he went.

And here was me thinking all sorts

I don't iron jeans either. They get washed, hung up on the line and then put back on.

I sometimes iron the hankies. especially if there is a lot of them. Mrs.e even irons my socks. She always checks that i am suitably dressed especially if we are going out together. I never have to take anything out of the washing basket as it is always ironed as soon as it has been washed and dried. It is then put away.

That's pretty much how I work Cruiser, as soon as it's off the line it gets ironed. I hate having a pile of ironing hanging around so I just get it done and out of the way. I don't iron undies though  but I do iron jeans.
