Oh you poor thing WM, backs are nothing but trouble are they?!

The gym ball I got (Tesco, about a fiver) really helped when mine 'went', just to sit on and very gently rock :D
Hope you're fullyish fit again soon x

I'm with Di and the gym ball...no I'm not on the gym ball with Di, now that would be silly :lol: :roll:

Of course what you really need WM is a rub down with an oily rag ;) 8-) :x

Sorry you had back trouble over the festive season, Frank.

Here's a tip - we have a couple of Back Support Belts from Boots, and if we get
the slightest twinge of back pain we put one on and it does stop the situation
from getting worse. Even with a severe attack of lower back pain it will enable
you to carry on normal activities and will usually cure it in a few days.
