I'm about to have brunch: 3 scrambled eggs with cheese, ham and chilli flakes...followed by a mince pie!

Morning all, it's flippin' horrible out there - strong winds and heavy rain.

I've been to the gym and nothing else is planned, apart from the four of us going around the pub for some bar snacks for tea.

Afternoon all, after a very dreary wet start to the day, the sun is now shining and I've hung out a line of washing (just to get it out of the kitchen ). I have some dresses in the machine and have washed lots of tights by hand, so that's most of today's chores done! Michael will be arriving very soon for a sleepover, looking forward to having him here. Jen, hope all goes well with E, and good luck to all the furries visiting vets! Have a good day everyone

It got out rather nice here, strong winds of course but the rain went and we did get some brighter spells

I've taken Smudge for his jabs - vet reckons he is going to be a biggun, about 6 or 7 kgs!! Called in for a quick mooch but nothing bought, then home. Tegan (girl doggie) is out of surgery and v sleepy, vet wants to speak to T later on - nothing awful from what they said but it was too soon to bring her home with me at 3pm. Going back with him for 5.30...

Jen is in Newcastle today meeting friends and then going straight to work from there so I won't see her until tomorrow - she did annoy me last night as she had been in Durham all day and I assumed she'd make her own way home as she'd said as much - then she text about 9 to ask if she could be picked up as the last bus had already gone I'd had a couple of wines and couldn't have driven, so T went. A bit unfair as he gets up so early (5am) - if only she'd thought to check bus times earlier!!!
