Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 28 Dec 2013, 07:20

Good morning. :)

Still quite dark and I'm still half full of tequila so that's fine.

It's bonkers here..even though we've had our Christmas and are looking forward to New Year, the Spanish are looking forward to the New Year and are now getting all excited about Christmas! :x :x :x

Going out early doors later for a few beers and getting a Chinese takeaway as I want to watch the Bruce Springsteen thing tonight on tv. :P

Enjoy the day everyone. :)

Morning Ally and Jen, morning everyone :)
It's a beeeautiful start here, cold and bright :D
We had a good time last night at Prezzo, the boys had pudding at home as there's still Black Forest trifle :x
I had my first early night for a long time, boy did I need it :D
Boys going home today, we're dropping them off then calling in at Bb's mum and dad for that beef, on to where we used to live for a bit, and maybe stop at the big garden centre on the way home. They have a huge Christmas department and we need some new window lights :)

Have fun/relax, whatever you'd like most for the day

Good morning all.

It's a lovely morning here. Had a good walk with Prince at 7.00 am,
now off into town to see if there are any more bargains left.

Hope you are all well (and not too sober!!!!)

Just out of interest Aggers..when you say town, do you mean Solihull or Birmingham city centre?

Morning everyone

A gorgeous morning here too :P :P :P and I finally feel as if I've shaken that cold off :P :P

Not sure what we'll be doing later - once we've watched Mr Martin, we may walk down to the village.

I need a calender too Saundra. I could have bought one a few months ago, for a euro, but they had hideous pictures on :o  . But I suppose I could have cut them off

Chicken curry for us tonight :P :P Thanks Ally xx

Hope you all have a good day and enjoy the sunshine xx

Here it is Di.

Sky Arts 1 9pm

Springsteen & I[AD HD]
Baillie Walsh's documentary explores the life and career of American singer-songwriter Bruce Springsteen through interviews with fans whose lives have been deeply affected by his music. Including the stories of an Elvis impersonator who was invited on stage in Philadelphia, and a Geordie woman who was plucked from a Hyde Park crowd to shimmy with her idol during Dancing in the Dark. Featuring footage from Springsteen's recent Wrecking Ball tour and classic performances from his 40-year careerRock/Documentary

I am soooo not missing it! :) :)

As Shell and I were at the Wrecking Ball concert I'm even more interested (if that's possible!) :P :P

Morning chumeroonies :)
Just dropping in for a couple of minutes! All go here.
I need to pop to the village shop for milk and bread, then walk the dawg. I'll try to get my mum to come along with me. Dave will be working on his shed with the help of his dad today.
Later on we are going to the pantomime in Salisbury. I hope my ears can stand the noise :o
Wishing everyone a good day :)
