Bloody tourists !

Idiots - I hope they at least do the decent thing and either pay towards the cost of the rescue or make a hefty donation to the rescue services!

refused to pay anything towards cost ,but have pushed off home -good riddance

actually and no offence to anyone but Germans in general are not liked here ,too arrogant and pushy, seem to have an attitude that they should come first for everything

Victor; sadly I have to agree with you - and I am German ;)

I went to visit mom at the beginning of this month and was astounded at just how rude the people in the shops were - pushed past you, no apologies, no excuse me's, hardly any thank you's .... it was terrible.

My (German but British born) cousin remarked on the politeness and friendliness when she was here

There were loads of German tourists in our hotel in Corfu, but I think the staff there preferred the Brits on the whole...... :?
