Good Morning Tuesday

Postby tonicha » 17 Dec 2013, 06:58

Morning everyone

Still dark out there, but it is warm :P but we are promised the odd shower (of what??) maybe sometime later

Up early, so we can miss the traffic getting into Faro before I see the rather lovely Dr Paulo later.

Then shopping on the way back and we're treating ourselves to dinner out - no matter when the decision 8-)

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all.

Mick was up and out early this morning to take his parents to the service station on the M1 where they will join their coach to take them off to their cruise ship. They are cruising the Carribbean for Christmas - due back on 10th January. Then he's heading straight off to Leicester to work.

I'm driving L to school this morning as they have to have their history project in and I don't think they will manage to carry a box full of soil and plaster between them!!! Then I'm taking the dog for a run along the canal on the way back before starting on my ironing - its made it downstairs so it should get done today.

I've got to go into school at 11am for a meeting with the head - a catch up and also to discuss next term - is she going to be back full time or still working from home two days a week. Then I'm staying for my Christmas lunch. Then home to finish the ironing and make a fish pie for dinner tomorrow night.

This evening we are off to the village "carols around the Christmas tree" followed by a buffet put on by the parish council.

Yes. They want to have another meeting on Thursday too with the senior teacher so we can update her as to what is happening but someone else will have to do that (there are a couple of us governors going in this morning) as I have plans and I'm not changing them to slot school in again.

My plans are only pottering around the house and then going out for my works lunch but I took the week off so I could potter around the house!

I met Joy 3 years ago at a small DM meet Di and she was just the loveliest lady.

I'm having my dress sent to Craig's as it was guaranteed delivery by Friday and as I want it for Saturday and I'm staying there that works out perfect.

I can't wait to get my mitts on it!

Good morning everybody.
Blue sky with no clouds about. Cold. Had to defrost the car this morning.
Vibes and hugs to those that need them, especially Suff. His comments have made interesting reading and he has given me good advice about my computer.
Doing some shopping and pottering today

Morning everyone :)

Today really will be wrapping the pressies, it can't be postponed any longer! Other than that, it's a clear bright day so a walk is on the cards, much needed as it was far too wet yesterday so B and I went to and from town by bus! Tut!

Hope everyone has a good day, and gets everything done that needs doing  ;) Vibes and hugs for those in need ((((((((x))))))))

Morning all, I'm on parade early this morning although am still in bed. Just about to shower and get dressed as we have the meeting with our architect at 12.00. We may eat out today, see how we feel, will probably do big supermarket shop and also need to get sterling for our visit to Blackpool at the weekend. I have everything else done since last weekend, cards and wrapping, and we are having Christmas dinner with Miss Osc and family, so no fussing with food thank goodness. Have a good day everyone :D
