May I just wallow in my smugness for a little while

Postby debih » 16 Dec 2013, 13:57

I have wrapped all the Christmas presents.

Well, all but one as I have run out of paper. I want to buy something else for Mick to open so I will have two more to wrap at the end of the week.

I have put everything in the girls stockings to see how full they are - just enough room for some more chocolate and sweets.

I have made all my mini morsels ready for Boxing Day and have a couple of days earmarked for doing the last few bits later in the week/early next week.

I haven't done the ironing though - tomorrow!!!

The tree is up, the baking is done, the presents are wrapped, the food shop happens on Wednesday - just going to get my list written shortly.

I am feeling very smug this year.

Congratulations on your smugness :) I wish I could join you in your smugness, but alas I am as disorganised as always

I have surpassed myself with being organised this year.

No doubt there will be a mad panic on Christmas Eve because I have forgotten something!!!

I am sort-of-smug as everything is bought, the decs are up, the cards sent etc.............but there is still a pile waiting to be wrapped!

Fortunately Becky enjoys wrapping and has 'volunteered' to wrap some for me - so she can wrap everything except her stuff, which I will wrap in secret
