Afternoon all

We were up quite late and then just as I was getting out of the shower the phone rang. It was my sister in Oz. They've finally managed to sell their house, it's taken over 3yrs though goodness knows why it took so long it's lovely, and she was just ringing to give me the new phone number etc. Well 2hrs later E and I finally had brekkie

They live just outside Noosa in Queensland kaz and won't be moving far. Like us they're both retired so this move is about downsizing and capitalising on the the money tied up. Mind you I'm not sure we'd call it downsizing, they'll still have half an acre and a swimming pool etc, but for them it will be a lot smaller. Apparently the new house needs quite a lot of work to bring it up to my sister's standards, but they'll still make quite a big profit. She's already talking about another trip over here
