Irts been a vodka kind of day!

This morning I made my limoncello. It's mine and my friends favourite tipple on Boxing Day. It usually gets pretty messy towards the end of the night. I am a little late making it this year - even later with the one I make my sister for Christmas. I haven't actually started that one yet. That could be tomorrow nights job when I have replenished both vodka and lemons!!!

And I have just started off a new experiment. Malteser vodka. Couldn't be easier - whole Maltesers into a bottle, pour on half a bottle of vodka and leave it. I have stood it in a jug of hot water to help the maltesers melt. If they haven't melted by tomorrow morning it will be going into the dishwasher!

The dishwasher melts the contents.

But it's vital that the bottle is water tight!!!
