Ooh I love liver and bacon - it's gone on the shopping list

It's a fast day and I was going to do a frittata but it's too damned cold!
It was nice in the end, we had small jacket potatoes, with a little bit of chopped smoked bacon, mushrooms, then grated cheese, and baked beans on top
