Why do Costa serve chocolate drinks in those stupid tall glasses that are much thinner at the bottom than they are at the top, perched on a saucer with the indent off to one side? They are a disaster waiting to happen? I was clearing a table for myself at the one in town today, seeing as they hadn't bothered doing it themselves....... I was being careful but the half full glass the previous person had left toppled over, and the lady at the next table who got half a glass of (thankfully) cold hot chocolate over her jeans wasn't best pleased....................It would never have tipped over if it had been a better design

Even with all the talk of blood tests recently, it went completely out of my head that I was supposed to go and get them done this week
Good job the nurse at the hospital's on the ball and phoned to remind me They closed at 3 today so I didn't have time, will have to get down there early tomorrow morning.
