We've had a power cut
Here I was, happily typing, when everything went off
I wondered if it was a fuse at first but as soon as I went into the hall I could hear alarms going off everywhere
What else should I be doing then, I thought - the ironing. Can't do that.
Oh well, I'll use the Galaxy and carry on posting - no, no internet
Bb just got in and said, aaah, that explains:
Traffic lights out
Garage not open
Alarms going off

Ridiculous really isn't it, the state we'd be in if we were without electricity for any length of time
