Almost one kilo gone already this week

No more booze until Saturday and at least one more huge stomp.

Well, sort of good news from our estate agent.

There has been a lot of interest, via e-mail and visits to his office.

BUT, every-one either has something they have to sell or wanted to offer silly money - so he turned them down, without even telling us, which is good for our blood pressure

BUT, by 1 December, every house in Portugal, up for sale, MUST have a current energy certificate. Otherwise we'd be fined a lot of money - and more for the agent.

So his window on 2 December will have us and just a couple of other houses in it

He's arranging for ours to be done hopefully next week

But it's still going to cost us 275 euros
