I think you could well be right about Cher. She came out after the other guests..maybe she can only sit for so long under the studio lights before she starts melting

One of my favourite movies is just starting on Sky 1 so I think I may watch that.

Oooh hot flushes! I don't get them as such, I just seem to feel hotter all the time as though someone has turned up my thermostat Mick is over the moon as the heating is hardly on - even Becky complained the house was cold and she never feels it I told her to put a jumper on

That's how I've been for the past 6 years Kaz, since starting the letrazole. Now with this new pill it's increased so am now mostly very warm with much hotter intervals

No wonder you don't use a duvet much lol I've been sleeping half hanging out of bed the past week or so. Mine is def a meno thing, hormones are so weird!

Kaz I have one of these

It is expensive but works at least as well as all sorts of pill you can buy. I put it in a pillow case, then inside the normal pillow case, on top of the pillow iyswim. I often leave it by the side of the bed, then grab it if I wake up too hot.
Originally I had just a few weeks of 'proper' hot flushes, but these drugs make them continuous as they stop every tiny bit of oestrogen

Just back from dog walking and I'm sweating (sorry, glowing) so much I will have to shower again I think
I've got a day of tango tomorrow...hope they don't have the heating on

my fire is a pretend wood burner stove from argos
had it a few years and have a black shinney shelve above it
got ride of my wood fire surround as well
had a living flame gas fire in my old house loved it
but no gas fires in this house
